About the Role
We're seeking a driven and ambitious
Talent Acquisition Associate
to spearhead the growth of our sales team in Australia. This is a crucial, high-impact role focused on identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier sales talent for our rapid expansion. You'll play a critical part in building a high-performing team that will drive new business opportunities and solidify our market position.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Sourcing:
 Prospect and attract high-potential sales professionals through innovative and diverse channels.
- Talent Scouting:
 Develop a deep understanding of our sales culture and communicate the value of joining KPay.
- Pipeline Management:
 Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales candidates through proactive outreach.
- Candidate Interviews:
 Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' grit, resilience, and alignment with our values.
- Strategic Partnerships:
 Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Employer Branding:
 Promote KPay's employer value proposition to attract and engage top talent.
- Performance Metrics:
 Consistently hit or exceed KPIs for outreach, qualified candidates, and successful hires.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ months of experience
 in talent acquisition, business development, or sales (in-house or agency experience is a plus).
- A "Hunter" Mindset:
 You're persistent, proactive, and motivated by hitting targets. You thrive on finding and engaging passive candidates.
- Talent Expertise:
 A deep understanding of what makes a successful salesperson, including the ability to identify individuals who excel in a door-to-door sales environment (e.g., athletes, blue-collar professionals).
- Strong Communication Skills:
 The ability to build relationships and present a compelling employer value proposition.
- Self-Starter:
 You thrive on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Passion for Fintech:
 An interest in technology, payments, and the future of global commerce.
