About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior/Digital Account Manager who can build strong client relationships, ensure campaign success, and drive long-term growth. This role requires a mix of business acumen, client management, and digital marketing knowledge, ensuring alignment between client goals and campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, SEM, SMM, CRO, Content, Design) to deliver campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present insights to clients.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, presentations, and campaign updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on retention and long-term engagement.
- Business Knowledge:
- Understanding of LTV (Lifetime Value) – how to grow accounts over years.
- Knowledge of Average Basket Value – revenue per client/product upsell.
- B2B & B2C understanding – able to handle both dynamics.
- Client-Centric: Strong communication, empathy, and ability to tie services to client growth.
- Collaborative Personality: Able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand full campaign structure – SEO, SEM, SMM, CRO, ROI impact, and cross-channel integration.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record in managing multiple client accounts successfully.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
