As our Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge in building campaigns that drive high-quality leads, strengthen our brand, and support our rapid growth.

The Role: Marketing Manager

We're looking for a hands-on, results-focused Marketing Manager to join our Sydney team. You'll own the marketing function end-to-end—running paid campaigns, SEO, content, branding, and CRM automation—while working closely with Sales and Operations to deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead our marketing strategy across digital and brand channels.
• Manage Google and Meta Ads campaigns to control CPL and improve ROI.
• Drive SEO and content marketing to build organic traffic and inbound leads.
• Oversee CRM & automations (HighLevel) to improve conversions and pipeline performance.
• Build and Maintain a strong brand identity across all channels and social media platforms
• Create engaging ad copy, landing pages, and content.
• Implement tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales & Ops teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Manage relationships with freelancers, VAs, and agencies as needed.

Desirable Experience

• 3–5+ years in marketing management or performance marketing.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO.
• Skilled with CRM & automation tools (HighLevel a plus).
• Proven success lowering CPL/CAC and improving ROAS.
• Experience in the VET/RTO or education sector highly regarded.

Salary & Earnings

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience).
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $140,000+ (uncapped).
