**About the Role**:
We have an exceptional opportunity for a talented **Brand Manager - Infant Care** to work in the Huggies brand team within our Marketing branch. Reporting to a Senior Brand Manager, you will own the brand and consumer marketing strategy for the Infant Care for the Australian market.
Huggies is the largest brand within the Kimberly-Clark consumer portfolio in the ANZ market, so this is an incredibly exciting position for a talented marketer
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the KCA Huggies marketing team in the development and implementation of strategic plans and brand building activities for the Huggies portfolio.
You will be focused on analysing the market and consumer data, new product development (NPD) and packaging designs as well as develop local creative assets and content for our products.
To achieve this, you will work towards and successfully execute an integrated marketing campaign, implement search, SEO, social and eDM campaigns and work closely with Shopper Marketing and retailer presentations, together with managing advertising and promotions budgets.
**Further Accountabilities but not limited to**:
- Work with Senior Brand Manager to develop & execute annual marketing plan activities, including communication across digital, social, in-store, search and sampling
- Partner with the extended team to develop and execute annual and 3-year strategic business plan across the Huggies brand portfolio
- Deliver Sales and Operating Profit targets and achieve Market Share growth, by effectively and efficiently manage Advertising and Promotional budget
- Working closely cross functionally across Australia and New Zealand, building strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring forward your demonstrated knowledge and experience across Brand Management, preferably in an FMCG or consumer products/retail environment
You are someone that holds excellent project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills and are experienced using SAP, IRI/Aztec or Nielsen (desirable).
You have a strong Commercial acumen - comfortable analyzing numbers and understanding business financials and have experience in marketing products across digital and social media (highly regarded). Degree qualified (Business, Commerce or Marketing preferred)
