Real Estate Sales Administration

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Sales Admin Support member to join the team at Heron Johns First National Real Estate.  This full-time position will provide crucial administrative and organizational skills in helping to coordinate and assist our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Preparing property listings, brochures and marketing material
  • Data base management and general administration tasks
  • Processing and Assisting with sales contracts, liaising with buyers , sellers and settlement agents
  • Schedule and coordinate photo shoots and home opens
  • Prepare and maintain Media Marketing

What we're looking for

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Positive, vibrant and energetic attitude with a passion for real estate
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
