What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Knowledge of late-night pub culture and understanding of gaming is a definite plus.

Responsibilities:


• Shift Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts for both staff and customers.


• Customer Service: Set the standard for exceptional service, making sure patrons feel at home and leave with a smile.


• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the team to maintain high standards and deliver outstanding service.


• Inventory Control: Keep a close eye on stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and managing inventory to minimize wastage.


• Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.


• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and themed nights to keep the pub buzzing.


• Gaming Knowledge: Ensure that our high level of customer service is met for each gaming customer, deal with large payouts and cash handling.
