THE ROLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES TEAM LEADER

  • Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of your Outbound Sales Consultants.
  • Rostering of staff, scheduling for planned and unplanned leave with managing daily workload and ensuring phone coverage.
  • Support, coach and drive the overall success of the team.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI's.
  • Assisting with workload in high-volume times.
  • Lead, train and develop your team to deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. service via telephone, email and face to face.
  • Discuss, interpret and quote customer's fencing requirements.
  • Computer use including E-mails, Online Accounting Systems, Payment Gateways, Google Suite and Spreadsheets.
  • Dispatching and tracking orders Australia Wide.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Previous leadership experience within a sales and customer service environment.
  • Sales experience (either in a face-to-face or call centre environment).
  • Experience in using Hubspot or other contemporary CRM platforms.
  • Building Products experience (desirable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and motive your team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet required time frames.
  • Experience in working well under pressure and multi-tasking.
  • Capability to deliver professional customer service in all interactions.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Flexible hours can be discussed with the successful candidate.
