THE ROLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated customer service and sales team member to join our growing office team.  No prior experience required, just enthusiasm.  The successful candidate will be provided with on-the-job  training.

ROLE SPECIFICS

  • Customer service via telephone, email and face to face.
  • Discuss, interpret and quote customer's fencing and decking requirements.
  • Computer expertise including CRM management (Hubspot), E-mails, Online Accounting System (Xero) , Payment Gateways, Google Suite and Spreadsheets.
  • Working with other departments to ensure our customers have a great experience when they interact with us.
  • Dispatching and tracking orders Australia Wide.
  • Administration tasks such as stocktake, ordering and filing.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Previous customer service experience in a trade services environment is highly desired
  • CRM experience. eg. Hubspot
  • A strong "can do" attitude  / Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail
