Amazing at multi-tasking and have a flair for leading from the front? We are looking for a lead with enthusiasm and experience to mentor, inspire and coach our Contact Centre team based in Queenstown on a full-time, permanent basis.
Our Contact Centre handles inbound calls from guests and local agents, as well as emails and webchat. You need to be able to manage your time effectively and multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment whilst remaining personable and professional. As the Coordinator you will have responsibility over the team, ensuring that accurate and timely confirmation for all reservation requests (including wholesale) is completed. Working closely with the Head of Guest Services - Tourism, you will play an important part in passionately selling and promoting all things RealNZ.
To Be Successful Within This Role You Will
- Proven leadership and coaching experience
- Continuously achieve sales targets and optimise all opportunities
- Be experienced in using reservations systems, preferably FareHarbor
- Have previous Contact Centre experience
- Have excellent service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Have proven success in developing excellent working relationships with sales agents
- Have high accuracy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
