We're now seeking an energetic Used Equipment Sales Representative to join our NSW sales team. This role is your chance to work across a wide mix of quality used equipment such as forklifts, access gear, cleaning machines, and more in a business with a strong brand, strong stock, and a strong customer base ready to be tapped.

About the role:

This is a dynamic, autonomous sales role for someone who loves the chase and takes pride in closing the deal.

You will:

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and convert used equipment sales opportunities across NSW
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and develop new ones through on-site visits, calls, and follow-ups
  • Move a large, diverse stock holding of pre-owned equipment by matching the right machine to the right buyer
  • Work closely with the State Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, and Asset team to manage quotes, demos, deliveries, and valuations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through honest advice, responsiveness, and reliability

This role is available for a January/February 2026 start, giving you time to plan your move and start 2026 off with strong momentum.

What it takes to succeed:

  • Experience in B2B sales; ideally in used cars, used machinery, equipment rental, or materials handling
  • Strong relationship-building skills and natural sales drive
  • A self-starter who enjoys the hunt: Doorknocking, calling, prospecting, and networking come naturally
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Mechanical or equipment understanding is an advantage
  • Driver's licence and willingness to travel locally across NSW
