Key Responsibilities:

Your new role will see you:

  • Undertake analyses of scopes of work and tender documents and prepare detailed cost estimates to execute works

  • Provide technical advice on works during the tender stage

  • Prepare associated documentation, such as project plans and programs

  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers and the Commercial Manager to oversee bids and maintain budget integrity.

Skills, Attributes and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the capability to manage complex estimating activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel. P6 experience would be an advantage

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or trade qualification with experience in estimating complex works.

  • Familiarity with Sharepoint, Aconex, Pronto or similar tools.
  • Site Electrical Supervisors/Managers who are looking for a change, and believe that with training they would be able to learn the above skillsets are also encouraged to apply
