About Us:

BLW Marine Management is a leading company in marine and offshore solutions, committed to safety, innovation, and excellence. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shed Fabrication Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate shed fabrication activities
  • Supervise fabrication team and ensure work quality and safety standards
  • Manage project timelines and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct inspections and quality control of fabricated structures

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in shed fabrication or similar manufacturing environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Relevant technical certifications are preferred
