What You'll Be Doing
Leadership & Team Development

• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, enhancing both their technical and professional growth.
• Oversee workflow allocation and review to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment that encourages continuous improvement.

Client & Workflow Management

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering proactive business and tax advisory services.
• Coordinate workflow and drive efficiencies to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Work closely with Managers and Partners, ensuring client strategies align with broader business objectives.

Technical & Strategic Advisory

• Provide high-level technical expertise in business services, including tax compliance, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
• Offer advisory solutions on business operations, restructures, regulatory compliance, and succession planning.
• Conduct financial modeling and guide clients through complex tax matters, asset sales, and acquisitions.

Is This You?

You're a leader with strong technical skills, an eye for efficiency, and a passion for mentoring others. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, building authentic relationships with clients and colleagues while contributing to the strategic direction of the business.

• CA/CPA-qualified with a degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
• 5+ years' experience in Business Services, with demonstrated leadership, supervision, or mentoring experience.
• Proven ability to manage workflow and team performance while ensuring quality outcomes.
• A problem-solving mindset, capable of navigating complex financial and regulatory challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients, Managers, and Partners.
