Skills & Experience

  • Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines and priorities
  • Fire industry experience & experience with (simPRO)
  • Well-developed computer literacy including Microsoft office Skills in particular Excel. Word, PDF editor & PowerPoint
  • Strong business written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills and experience
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Must be very well organised
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, Management, field technician, suppliers and Contractors
  • Proactive approach to work

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Field incoming calls from Customers
  • Complete reports
  • Admin tasks; time sheets, reports quote, email correspondence etc.
  • Converting test reports with corrective actions in to quotes for submission to clients
  • Receiving work orders requests and documenting them
  • Assist with accounts  Debtors follow up overdue payments etc.
  • Schedule work for technicians/contractors using Company CRM system (simPRO)
  • Preparation/Submission of annual fire safety statements (AFSS)
  • Organised stock and supplies for your technicians/contractors
  • Data entry: Monitoring and maintaining of our Service management system
  • Invoicing
  • Working along side the Service manager assisting in the Day to day operation of the business
