About the role

This full-time Customer Service and Logistics role at Sabakem Pty Ltd in Melbourne, VIC 3000 is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating the efficient movement and storage of products. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral part in supporting the company's operations and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and track customer orders, shipments and returns
  • Liaise with internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure the smooth and reliable delivery of products
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with warehouse management
  • Provide regular updates to customers on order status and delivery information
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and logistics processes
  • Contribute to the overall success of the business by supporting sales, marketing and other key functions as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or warehousing industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in using various software tools and systems for order processing, inventory management and reporting
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
