You'll work alongside

About the Role

You'll lead a diverse and challenging portfolio of
complex financial and parenting matters
, often involving
asset pools exceeding $5M–$50M
. Expect to manage your own files end-to-end, appear in the
Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
, and advise on intricate financial settlements, business valuations, and parenting arrangements.

You'll also have the opportunity to
mentor junior lawyers
, contribute to firm strategy, and build long-term client relationships with support from Partners who back your autonomy and trust your judgment.

About You

  • 5+ years' PAE in family law (senior or special counsel level)
  • Strong experience in high-value property settlements and parenting disputes
  • Skilled in negotiation, advocacy and client management
  • Commercially minded, emotionally intelligent and solutions-focused
  • Ready to lead complex files and mentor others with confidence
