We are partnering with an established and well-regarded law firm seeking an experienced
Personal Injury Lawyer
to join their team in Parramatta. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to take on a key strategic role, managing a diverse caseload and delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident, public liability, and workers' compensation claims
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice and representation to clients from start to finish
  • Work closely with medical professionals, insurers, and other key stakeholders to build strong cases and secure the best outcomes
  • Guide and support junior lawyers and team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence
  • Contribute to the continued success of the personal injury team by bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach
  • Ensure all work meets legislative, regulatory, and professional standards

About You

  • 3–4+ years' PAE in personal injury law, ideally gained within a respected plaintiff firm or in-house role
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills and a client-focused approach to achieving results
  • Confident working independently, while also thriving in a team environment
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional service and building lasting client relationships
  • Holds a current practising certificate in New South Wales
