Full-Time | Perth-Based + Hybrid Flexibility | Salary $70,000 + Super

If you have excellent admin skills, get excited about bringing ideas to life, and love building meaningful client relationships, you might just be the next Tall Poppy we're looking for.

What You'll Do
  • Be the operations engine: Diary management, travel coordination, file organisation, and lead tracking.
  • Plan and schedule: Leadership workshops, coaching sessions, podcasts, and experiences—down to the fine details.
  • Support top-tier clients, business owners, and our global associates: Liaise confidently with C-suite leaders and their support teams, from Fortune 100 and ASX-listed companies.
  • Polish our presence: Create PowerPoints, Canva imagery, and high-quality materials for senior audiences.
  • Keep the wheels turning: Collaborate with marketing/web partners and help shape our public presence.
  • Show up as a Tall Poppy: Represent us at events, post on LinkedIn, and help grow our global community.
  • Enjoy varied work, whilst working within a small team.
What You Bring
  • A high-level of accuracy—organised, system-minded, multi-tasker, and consistent.
  • Strong follow-through and high attention to detail, typically of someone who's been an executive assistant.
  • A warm, energetic presence that lifts others and drives results.
  • Confident communicator able to interact with global, top tier clients.
  • An openness to roll up your sleeves and enjoy contributing to all parts of the business.
  • Eager to contribute new ideas to help the business grow.
  • Interest in leadership, learning, and development.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot and a willingness to learn
