Senior Change Manager

Our client is looking for Senior Change Manager to lead complex change initiatives across programs and portfolios, with a focus on Supply and Finance processes. Skills & Experience Required
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale change initiatives within Agile environments
- 8 years of experience in change management roles within complex project and program environments, I bring deep expertise in driving strategic change across large-scale initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and empowering geographically dispersed teams to achieve outcomes
- Extensive program experience in matrixed organizations, managing both internal and external change and communication components
- Excellent stakeholder management with a confident presence at executive and senior leadership levels
- Experience leading and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the business to advocate and embed a change management strategy
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and prioritize messaging for clarity and impact
- Skilled in influencing and securing stakeholder buy-in through the development of strong, trust-based relationships
- Proactive and resourceful, with a strategic mindset and a holistic approach to change management
- Strong commercial acumen, contributing to informed business decision-making
- Formal qualification in Change Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with a range of change and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Confluence, Teams, etc.)
