What you'll do:

  • Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities

· Manage Hotel team members on a daily basis including preparation of rosters, training and development, customer service standards and performance management

· Delivering business results by achieving set targets KPI's and objectives set by Senior Management

  • Observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • May provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation
  • Liaising with all Hotel departments ensuring a seamless operation
  • Ensuring interactions with our guests are positive, productive and memorable

Your experience and skills include:

  • Diploma degree in hospitality management or elated field or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Must have a strong hotel management background
  • Experience using OPERA PMS is essential.
  • Strong communication, personal and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to 'surprise' our guests with your natural bright and bubbly customer service style to achieve guest satisfaction
  • Proven success in transforming 'problems' into solutions
