Administration Officer – Melbourne CBD | Hybrid | Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Administration Officer to support our Tax and Business Services team.

What you'll do:

  • Support client communications and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with ASIC & ATO lodgements
  • Coordinate calendars and team admin tasks

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years in administration (professional services / accounting firm preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting basics; Xero experience a plus
