We're looking for an experienced Administration Officer to support our Tax and Business Services team.

What you'll do:
- Support client communications and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and assist with ASIC & ATO lodgements
- Coordinate calendars and team admin tasks
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in administration (professional services / accounting firm preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting basics; Xero experience a plus
