About the RoleAs a Manager, Policy & Enablement in our Financial Crime Portfolio, you'll play a key role in helping to develop and maintain ANZ's AML CTF, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption and Anti-Fraud Policies and Standards. Reporting to the Senior Manager Policy & Enablement, the role will be part of ANZ's Financial Crime Regulatory function globally and assist in the development, implementation, and execution of a group wide Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) policy framework and review of FC related processes to ensure adherence to ANZ's AML/CTF, Sanctions, External Fraud & ABAC programs.

As a Manager, Policy & Enablement, you will be accountable for:
Reviewing and streamlining the exemption process (transactional, customer specific, or Policy related) across AML/CTF, Sanctions, ABAC & EF and analyse exemptions data to assess changes.Active management of relationships with key internal stakeholders.Ensuring identified issues are shared effectively and provide feedback into policies and standards, change initiatives and stakeholders as required.Providing outputs that should assist in the driving of standardization and simplification in FCP policies, processes, and controls.Assisting in the management of underlying tools to support policy execution, regulatory trends, external threats, or changes in the regulatory landscape.Adherence to budget as applicable, inclusive optimal spend/budgeting for travel associated with the execution of the annual plan of work.Building collaborative relationships to enable business and compliance objectives to be achieved. Tertiary qualification with solid experience in banking or financial services is preferableStrong results orientation and a customer-centric mindsetBroad-based experience in complianceProven ability to establish collaborative working relationships and build strong internal networksExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesExperience in Non-Financial Risk and understanding of financial crime are an advantageYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
