An Organisational Change Manager is required to support a recently established and growing PMO. The role will focus on ensuring a smooth transition of change throughout the business following major transformation projects. This is a people-focused role that requires strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic, unstructured environments with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive change assessments and develop organisational change strategies.
  • Create and implement realistic communication plans.
  • Partner with training functions to deliver change, ensuring training is understood and embedded.
  • Facilitate workshops and user engagement sessions.
  • Support technical system implementations and process changes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to manage impact and adoption.
  • Where relevant, conduct internal surveys (e.g., NPS) around change effectiveness.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in Organisational Change Management within professional services (Legal, Financial Services, or similar).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills (essential).
  • Demonstrated experience in:
  • Change impact assessment.
  • Developing organisational change strategies.
  • Designing and delivering communication plans.
  • Facilitating user engagement and workshops.
  • Change certifications (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) highly regarded.
  • Strong EQ with proven ability to manage people-centric change.
  • Experience working on technical system implementations (e.g., Practice Management Systems, CRM, Document Management Systems such as iManage).
  • Exposure to AML/CTF program delivery, Cloud migrations, or case management systems advantageous.
  • Demonstrable Agile delivery experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced and evolving environments.
