The Role

We're looking for a 
Senior Change Manager
 to lead transformation initiatives for our global clients.

In this role you'll:

  • Work directly with senior stakeholders and project teams to
    design and deliver change strategies
  • Support programs end-to-end
    , from communications and training to adoption and risk management
  • Play a visible role with 
    media and entertainment clients
    , embedding new systems and ways of working
  • Contribute to building Nifty's change management capability
    as we scale

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management workstreams
    across enterprise transformation projects
  • Design and deliver change and program strategies
    that drive adoption and measurable outcomes
  • Build and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans
  • Engage stakeholders across all levels
    of client organisations
  • Track progress against milestones and report clearly to stakeholders
  • Share learnings and help shape best practice at Nifty
