Vault Cloud is the national leader of providing highly secure and hyperscale sovereign cloud capability to the Australian Government, National Intelligence Community and Critical Infrastructure sector. As we continue to lead in technological advancements, Vault is now entering a defining phase of growth with a strategic $22.5 million investment from the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC). This investment will scale Vault's SECRET Cloud and introduce new services such as the AUKUS cloud capability, directly addressing Australia's strategic national security demands. Vault is now positioned to not only strengthen its existing relationships with federal and state government agencies, but also strengthen its relationships with private sector businesses requiring secure cloud storage. About The Role:
In this critical role, you'll lead a cross-functional team tasked with developing advanced cloud technology solutions, which are vital for safeguarding Australia's most sensitive data and significantly contributing to national security.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a high-performing Agile product team responsible for building, evolving, and delivering secure cloud products aligned to our mission.
• Fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration where Vaulters feel empowered to make things better and achieve great things together.
• Driving product strategy and execution by building and maintaining a roadmap that balances revenue growth, modernisation, and value to customers.
• Creating, implementing, and maintaining product frameworks that support consistent, high-quality and scalable delivery.
• Collaboration across teams to define business strategies and ensure our solutions meet customer needs today and tomorrow.
• Guiding and supporting the product team by nurturing talent, building capability, and upholding high performance standards.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience of successfully influencing and leading a technical cross-functional product delivery team
• Sound project & product management experience, ideally within the cloud industry
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, with a bias for Agile methodology
• The ability to communicate to successfully influence all levels of stakeholders and engage them in executing strategic product initiatives.
• A passion for technology and security
• Flexibility to enjoy and thrive within a fast-paced, agile, and expanding scale-up environment

Note: The scope of this role requires an Australian Government Security Clearance; therefore, applicants must be Australian Citizens and have the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
