What you will do

  • Welcome customers and guide them through flooring and window furnishing options.
  • Book and coordinate site measures with our estimating team to ensure accurate details are captured.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up diligently and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Keep the showroom immaculate and up to date with current ranges.
  • Use cloud-based tools to manage customer enquiries, quotes and projects.

What you bring

  • Proven sales ability and a genuine interest in helping customers.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required.
  • Comfortable helping customers with both premium and budget-friendly choices.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving to keep jobs moving.
  • Digital confidence with cloud-based software.
  • Reliable, professional and a team player.
  • Previous flooring or interior design industry experience is preferred.
  • Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
