Swift Energy Group is a well-respected Electrical and Renewables company with offices in Toowoomba and Brisbane.

We're currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team, supporting both tendering and project administration activities.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. You'll thrive under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines when priorities shift.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, brings a positive "can-do" attitude, and enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive team built on trust and collaboration.

Responsibilities will include:

· Review of tender documentation and assist with submissions

· Source and follow up supplier quotes and input data into relevant templates

· Track tender win/loss ratios and other relevant trend data

· Provide general administration support

· Prepare, manage and collate relevant project documentation

· Track labour hours and material costs on a project level

· Management and client liaison for booking and scheduling requirements

· Attend meetings and record minutes

· Assist with procurement of materials, sub contractors and management of deliveries

· Assist with reviewing and developing new forms, processes and procedures

Skills and Experience:

· Previous experience in a similar administrative role

· A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience is required for this position

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an ability to operate independently.

· Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders verbally and via emails

· Sound computer skills with experience using Microsoft 365 suite including Teams.

· Experience with Job management software such as Simpro, Aroflo will be advantageous

Applicants with experience in the HR space will be highly regarded.
