We're recruiting a Client Services Specialist for a leading insurance organisation. You'll be the first point of contact for Advisers, customers and clients, providing expert support via phone and email. 

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from Advisers and clients.
  • Manage relationships professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance on Life insurance products and procedures.
  • Prioritise tasks and resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 12+ months in a call centre or client service role (insurance preferred)
  • RG146 compliance desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
