Job Description:

Austrack Campers is seeking a passionate and experienced fulltime Camper Handover/Sales and yard Person to join our team in Caboolture, Qld. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a knowledge of the leisure, camping, and outdoors industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class customer service and conducting camper trailer and hybrid caravan demonstrations and handovers. Cleaning and Q.C. of units are also required. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with first-class customer service via email, over the phone, and face-to-face.
  • Conduct camper trailer and hybrid caravan demonstrations and handovers
  • Provide post-delivery assistance in the form of after-sales support; following up customers via post-handover call to enquire about their experience and to ensure utmost satisfaction levels are upheld
  • Work in our showroom Monday to Friday
  • Prepare stock for customer delivery.
  • Champion and represent the voice of Austrack Camper customers and ensure that as a team, this sentiment exists throughout the entire business, including all showrooms and departments.
  • Work as part of our showroom team – based at our Caboolture Showroom
  • Be a positive, energetic, proactive team member.

Requirements:


• Full driver's license


• Great communication skills and excellent phone manner


• Ability to anticipate opportunities to surprise and delight Austrack customers


• High-level multi-tasking skills.


• Ability to work well under pressure without becoming flustered


• A team player who is able to work collaboratively and build effective relationships both internally and externally


• Computer literacy skills required, with experience using Microsoft and Google Suite


• Willing to be hands-on and be an active team player


• Excellent people skills with great attention to detail


• Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised


• Looking for a long-term position and be proactive and self-motivated


• Ability to tow campers and caravans
