About the role

This position within our Administration Team will see you providing support to our admin team, customers and other internal stakeholders by undertaking the following tasks:

  • Setting up new jobs in the system
  • Allocation of costs and actioning of weekly WIP reports
  • Close out and invoice jobs in the system
  • Monitoring job statues and actively troubleshooting
  • Provide cover for other team members when on leave
  • Provide training of admin tasks to new staff members
  • Answering phone calls and directing queries to the correct areas
  • Actively manage centralised company email for including jobs, work orders and enquiries

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Strong time management skills
  • Minimum 3 years of administration experience is required for this role
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
