Founded in 1974, Gliderol Garage Doors is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of Residential and Light Commercial continuous sheet curtain roller doors, Sectional Overhead Doors and automatic operators.

We are seeking an energetic well-organised and highly motivated person to assist our QLD Sales department & provide support to our administrative team. With strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry and processing of customer orders
  • Responding to customer enquires via phone and email
  • Providing technical assistance for product troubleshooting and facilitating sales of spare parts
  • Account administration
  • Processing customer payments
    Providing general support within the sales department.

YOUR SKILLS

Whilst not essential, knowledge of CRM systems & previous experience within a manufacturing based business will be highly regarded.

Other skills we are looking for include:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with spare parts is advantageous, but not essential

A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
