About the Role:
- Guiding safe and effective return-to-work outcomes in a professional setting.
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of Psychologists to deliver high-impact services.
- Designing personalised RTW plans and coordinating support both onsite and remotely.
- Engaging with GPs, specialists, and therapists to streamline injury management.
- Delivering early intervention strategies and gathering essential clinical and workplace info.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
- Managing cases with precision, from documentation to compliance.
- Conducting site visits, workplace assessments, and case meetings as needed.

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full AHPRA or ASORC registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Passionate about quality, growth, and mentoring
- Confident leader with strong people skills
- Skilled in designing and delivering training
