Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to contribute to the success of our rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customers' needs and develop rehabilitation plans to optimize their employability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our customers.
  • Develop and implement best practice wellbeing initiatives to promote customer well-being and job readiness.
  • Provide technical support to our claims team and coach them on occupational rehabilitation techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Injury Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in occupational rehabilitation, preferably in a clinical or claims environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and develop effective rehabilitation plans.
