Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in occupational rehabilitation. This role involves working with clients who have suffered an illness, disability, or injury, providing them with tailored support to achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement injury prevention programs in collaboration with employers and employees.
- Work closely with medical professionals, allied health experts, and injured workers to achieve successful return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.
- Support individuals with injuries or health conditions in achieving a seamless transition back to work.
- A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling is essential.
- General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC is required.
- Prior experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly valued but not essential.
