Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will work closely with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts to provide tailored support and enable individuals to achieve their goals.
">Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients, employers, and healthcare providers to develop personalized rehabilitation plans;
- Providing case management and support services to ensure effective return-to-work outcomes;
- Designing and implementing injury prevention programs for employers and employees;
- Working across various schemes, including workers compensation and employer-funded injury prevention initiatives.
- A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology with AHPRA or ESSA registration;
- Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly valued;
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and kindness are essential for success in this role;
- Strong time management skills and a current driver's license with comprehensive insurance are required.
