Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor / Manager based in Adelaide, SA. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any issues that arise during construction. Additionally, the Site Supervisor / manager will communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates and maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Construction Supervision, Site Management, and Project Coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Standards, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance
  • Strong Communication, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Experience in Scheduling, Budget Management, and Resource Allocation
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the commercial construction sector is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in Safety and Site Management
