We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Manager – Queensland to lead our consulting operations and client engagement across the region. This role is ideal for an established industry leader with strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a passion for building trusted partnerships that drive growth and performance.

Role Highlights

Leadership:

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary consulting team, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and a high-performance culture.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Strategic Growth:

Shape and execute regional business development strategies, expanding Xenith's presence across resources, renewables, and emerging sectors.

Project Excellence:

Oversee delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and quality standards.

Thought Leadership:

Represent Xenith at industry forums and contribute to thought leadership initiatives that position the company as a trusted advisor across the mining and energy sectors.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead regional business development and client relationship management initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through new and existing client partnerships.
  • Oversee successful project delivery and ensure alignment with Xenith's technical standards.
  • Support and mentor Team Leaders and consultants, promoting professional development.
  • Contribute to company-wide strategy, collaboration, and cross-regional initiatives.
  • Represent Xenith in industry networks, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline; postgraduate or business qualifications desirable.
  • 15+ years' experience in consulting, project delivery, or technical services within mining, resources, or energy.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and regional operations.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project P&L.
