We are seeking a well-presented and organised
Client Liaison & Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our clients and support the team in day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome clients and visitors to the office, creating a professional and friendly first impression
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general client enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars
  • Prepare and send client correspondence, engagement letters, and basic ATO documentation as directed
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with client onboarding and file management
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are presentable at all times
  • Support the accounting and tax team with general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist in managing client workflow tracking and follow-ups using firm software (e.g., Xero Practice Manager, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional presentation
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a "can-do" attitude
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) — experience with Xero Practice Manager or similar systems highly regarded
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Previous experience in an accounting, legal, or professional services firm preferred (but not essential)
