About the Role

We are seeking a trade-qualified Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations through hands-on maintenance, hazard identification, project work, and safety initiatives. If you're a proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for teamwork and safety, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance across plant and equipment
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and assist in root cause analysis
  • Identify and act on workplace hazards and safety risks
  • Contribute to project initiatives, plant improvements and workshop upgrades
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness and organisation (5S)
  • Support and train others within the maintenance team
  • Be an active member of the Safety Committee, promoting a zero-harm culture
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified tradesperson (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar hands-on maintenance role
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and improvement-focused
  • Strong safety mindset – familiar with LOTO, PPE, and hazard reporting
  • Flexibility to work 20–30 hours per week, across days that suit mutual availability. Additional hours in non-maintenance capacity for full-time employment.
