We're looking for a motivated junior to join our Melbourne team as an Icepack Installer & Service Technician – no experience required, full training provided

About the Role

This is the perfect opportunity for someone starting their career in mechanics, auto-electrical work, or installation. You'll work alongside our experienced technicians, learning how to install, maintain, and repair premium sleeper cab air conditioning units in trucks.

This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, with overtime available) offering hands-on training and real progression opportunities in a supportive small team.

What You'll Be Doing (with Training & Support)

  • Learning how to install Icepack air conditioning units in trucks
  • Assisting with routine servicing and maintenance
  • Supporting senior technicians with repairs and custom installations
  • Building practical knowledge in mechanics and auto-electrical systems
  • Developing problem-solving skills while working on real projects

What We're Looking For

  • No prior experience needed – just a willingness to learn
  • Any previous exposure to mechanical work or trade-related training will be highly valued, but is not essential
  • An interest in mechanics, auto-electrical work, or hands-on trades
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to work hard
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A can-do attitude with a focus on safety
