Electrical Site Manager – Large Scale Mixed Use & Multi-Residential Projects

Location: Northern Beaches NSW

Full-time: Immediate start, Competitive salary + super

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to take the lead on a large scale mixed-use and multi-residential development project on the Northern Beaches.

This is a hands-on role overseeing all electrical works on site — managing teams, keeping projects on track, and ensuring everything's delivered safely and to a high standard.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, supervising electricians and subcontractors, coordinating with builders and other trades, and making sure each stage of the job runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead on-site electrical teams and subcontractors
  • Coordinate daily activities, materials, and scheduling
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings and plans
  • Work closely with project managers and site supervisors
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with Australian Standards
  • Conduct inspections and sign-offs as required
  • Report on progress, site issues, and upcoming requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Current NSW Electrical Licence (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager
  • Experience in large-scale mixed-use or multi-residential projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage teams, priorities, and deadlines
  • White Card and current driver's licence

Australian work rights are required for this position.
