CSG Talent have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Search consultant, with a STEM industry background to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, with both management and non-management progression pathways, whilst also focusing on and further developing your own desk

This role will be based at our head office in the central business district, close to public transport with the addition of a few extra Sydney has to offer

About you:

  • Previous experience within Recruitment (Executive Search is a bonus)
  • Able to build rapport and create opportunities within existing Accounts
  • Experienced in the full recruitment cycle, including Business Development and sourcing candidates
  • A team player
  • Eager to progress and to develop your career with an uncapped commission structure
