We're looking for an energetic, commercially-minded, and proactive Manager, Strategy Execution to join a high-performing team at the heart of a fast-growing, purpose-driven business.

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in delivering strategic initiatives that drive real enterprise impact. You'll work closely with senior leaders across the business to shape, prioritise, and execute projects that support long-term growth — spanning commercial, consumer, and renewable verticals.

Title: Manager, Strategy Execution 

Location: Sydney CBD (3 days/week in office) 

Role: Full-time

Start date: ASAP 

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Strategy Execution, you'll help steer a wide range of high-impact initiatives, from strategic planning and investment prioritisation through to cross-functional project delivery. You'll work across the entire business, translating ambitious ideas into clear, actionable plans and supporting teams to deliver with clarity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and evolve the organisation's corporate strategy
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritised business plans with timelines, ownership, and measurable success metrics
  • Drive cross-functional project execution, ensuring effective resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and risk management
  • Champion a culture of accountability, delivering outcomes through clear planning, processes, and communication
  • Align initiatives with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic focus across teams
  • Partner with product managers and business leads to develop metrics that track progress and flag execution risks
  • Foster collaboration across departments, helping teams stay focused and aligned with the company's long-term goals

About You

  • 3–5 years' experience in strategy development, change management, or similar roles, ideally within high-growth or transformation-focused environments
  • Proven ability to tackle enterprise-level challenges and deliver business outcomes end-to-end
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to synthesise options and influence stakeholders through clear, compelling communication
  • Commercially savvy — confident in cost-benefit analysis, financial modelling, and data-driven decisions
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings with strong project management and time management skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing complex relationships, and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in financial services or technology-led businesses is highly regarded
