We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Search Performance Executive with our awesome team in Sydney.

As Search Performance Executive, you'll play a key role in driving performance for one of the most recognised brands in Australia. You'll support the day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns, optimise performance to meet client objectives, and collaborate closely with internal specialists across digital channels to deliver best-in-class results. Core responsibilities:

• Manage, optimise, and report on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple clients.
• Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search activity to deliver against performance KPIs.
• Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI. Conduct regular keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management, and budget pacing.
• Work closely with the Senior Performance Manager and client services team to deliver strategic initiatives and campaign excellence.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and client services teams to ensure cohesive and data-driven strategies.
• Stay up to date with search trends, automation tools, and platform updates to identify new growth opportunities for clients.

A bit about you:

• Hands-on experience managing Paid Search; PMAX campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Solid understanding of bidding strategies, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and attribution
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
• A proactive mindset — you're curious, solution-oriented, and driven to improve performance
• Agency experience preferred, but client-side candidates with relevant experience are welcome. Experience using SA360, DV360 and/or Search Ads tools a plus
