We’re now looking for an energetic and collaborative **Marketing Co-ordinator** to join our Local Area Marketing Team and help bring the Haymes Paint brand to life across our network of Haymes Paint Shops and independent retailers.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the **Local Area Marketing Manager**, you’ll play a vital role in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that support local store growth, increase brand awareness, and deliver a cohesive and memorable customer experience across our retail footprint.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role suited to a passionate co-ordinator who thrives on juggling multiple campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality marketing activations with impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Campaign Execution**: Coordinate local marketing activities aligned to strategic marketing plans for Haymes Paint Shop and independent stockists.
- ** Digital & Social Activation**: Support delivery of social media content and community engagement across platforms including Meta and Google Business Profiles.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, stores) and external creative partners to deliver effective campaigns.
- ** Customer Experience**: Contribute to optimising customer journeys and identifying touchpoints to elevate in-store and online experiences.
- ** Performance Reporting**: Track, measure and report on campaign effectiveness using key metrics and stakeholder feedback.
- ** Store Support**: Provide marketing support and guidance to stores, ensuring campaign assets are effectively activated in-market.

**About You**
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar marketing co-ordinator role or retail/brand marketing environment.
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience co-ordinating end-to-end campaigns across digital and physical channels.
- Understanding of social media scheduling, publishing and community engagement practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
- Sense of fun, a team player, and willingness to be involved in the deeper story and hands-on activities of the business.
- Self-motivation and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to meet changing business and market requirements.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business).
