What You'll Do

  • Support the delivery of brand and marketing campaigns across Funlab's portfolio, keeping projects on track and aligned with strategy
  • Partner with our Marketing leaders and PR agencies to manage media bookings, requests, filming opportunities and press assets
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to grow Funlab's reach and impact
  • Contribute to PR and social media activity, including campaign planning, content coordination, and (where required) capturing and scheduling content for Meta & TikTok
  • Play a key role in venue launches and opening campaigns; supporting events, content creation and local activations
  • Work collaboratively with creative, digital and agency partners to develop and deliver engaging brand assets and materials
  • Assist with research, reporting and campaign evaluations to continuously improve how we connect with our guests

What You've Got

  • 2–3 years' experience in a marketing, brand, PR or communications role, with hands-on campaign management exposure
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • An understanding of social media and influencer marketing, with confidence supporting PR activity
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you're comfortable preparing briefs, media assets, and engaging with agencies or venues
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for creating unforgettable experiences, and the drive to bring Funlab's brands to life
  • Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
  • A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business
