**Marketing & Social Media Coordinator**

We’re seeking a talented and passionate Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to drive and increase brand awareness across three businesses (B2B equipment and food distribution, and B2C retail sectors) through a variety of channels and platforms.

As a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will be in charge of attracting new traffic and audiences, converting that traffic into new leads for the overall business, and nurturing those leads to close into new customers.

The perfect person for this role will work well under pressure, have an excellent eye for detail, appreciates good design and has a knack for digital marketing.

This role offers lots of scope for creativity, and we are looking for someone with strong knowledge, skills, experience and the ability to execute the following:

- Develop and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental sales, increase volume and sales
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and outside contacts to produce business
- Drive all sales generating marketing strategies including campaigns and communications across all channels both online and offline
- Drive and produce insights to improve the brand marketing presence and future
- Drive and implement key sponsorship and media partnerships
- Responsible for a performance analysis relating to campaigns
- Responsible for the implementation of digital strategies to meet business objectives and drive business growth. Analyse and optimise paid digital campaigns - creating new campaigns, refining audience targeting and any other optimisation required to scale revenue and increase profits
- Ability to update website content including SEO
- Develop and execute digital and printed marketing strategies
- Reaching out to media about timely activation's and profile pieces
- Create and manage press releases, brand pitches, fact sheets and external communications
- Development of marketing collateral from concept to print production - posters, menus, flyers and newsletter
- Write and distribute e-newsletters
- Activation and drive of marketing events
- Develop social media strategy and manage implementation including content strategy, creation, execution, social media photography, content creation and key success measures for each platform including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin
- Generating ideas and initiatives to drive venue sales and profitability
- Staying abreast of food, beverage, media trends and pulling together ideas/strategies for the brands that are newsworthy
- Creation of all marketing material and communications, print and digital
- Determine and manage the marketing budget and key performance metrics, reporting on investment return
- Developing and managing promotional and advertising material in line with marketing objectives
- Liaising with key staff in all venues about specials and newsworthy offerings
- Curating briefs and overseeing professional photography shoots
- Scout and approach new clients and opportunities

**Skill & Experience**
- Min 2 years' experience in leading marketing and social media campaigns and strategy
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. Marketing or Business
- Background experience and interest within food or retail preferred
- A proven track of record to an end-to-end campaigns and executions
- Ability to engage in traditional marketing and digital marketing
- Proven ability in coordinating activations and point of sale material
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
- Data driven with an ability to derive insights and make recommendations
- Experience in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM Google AdWords
- Graphic design competency
- Knowledge of back end web platforms
