The City of Port Phillip is looking for a Mayoral EA to join our Mayor and Councillors Office to support the Mayor and Deputy Mayor with a busy schedule of Council business and community events.What You Might DoDeliver exceptional administrative and operational support to the Mayor and Deputy Mayor.Manage calendars, log and monitor requests, and ensure seamless communication across stakeholders.Draft and review high-quality correspondence, briefing notes, and media materials.Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support speeches, engagements, and ceremonial duties.Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and process integrity in a politically sensitive environment.Support the broader team in the delivery of an annual civic event program.Who We Are Looking ForProven experience as an Executive Assistant in government or a senior executive setting.Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail.Strong judgement, discretion, and initiative in managing sensitive matters.Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekendsA collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environmentAdvanced proficiency in MS OfficeOur work environmentWe love what we do and are all proud to work at the City of Port Phillip.
