About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Executive
 will drive DCO adoption and revenue growth across key agency groups, particularly 
WPP
 and 
IPG
, while also building relationships with independents, DSPs, and select direct clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and convert a strong pipeline of DCO opportunities within media agencies, account teams and trading desks.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: 
    prospect → pitch → negotiate → close → renew
    .
  • Craft go-to-market narratives, case studies, and vertical insights.
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven sales presentations that articulate the power of DCO in DOOH.
  • Educate and inspire new buyers about dynamic creative possibilities across both direct and programmatic channels.

Your Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in 
    DOOH media sales
    , ideally with a leading OOH company.
  • Established agency relationships and a strong contact base across 
    WPP, OMG, IPG and key independents
    .
  • Deep understanding of 
    DOOH programmatic workflows
    , DSPs, SSPs, and deal types (PMP/PG).
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and growing accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you know how to craft and deliver a pitch that lands.
  • Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
