The Role
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help ensure everything runs smoothly from enquiry to delivery.
As our Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of sales activities. You'll assist with preparing quotes, managing customer orders, updating CRM systems, and ensuring our clients receive excellent service every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update CRM and customer databases
- Assist with reporting, forecasting, and tracking sales performance
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and customers
- Support general office and customer service tasks as needed
About You
You're proactive, organised, and enjoy juggling multiple priorities. You have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping customers and your team succeed.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or office coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A positive, can-do attitude
